In the height of summer heat it can be tough for even us humans to go outside. So it’s even more important to keep an eye on your animals and make sure they’re doing ok in this intense heat. Water intake always depends on size, season and diet so you’ll want to adjust accordingly. For example, if your dog eats a dry food diet, you’ll want a higher daily water intake. Also, if you’re unsure or your pet has special conditions, consult your vet for an accurate water intake.
